Our smoked catfish (Eja Aro) is traditionally wood-smoked using techniques from riverine communities in Edo and Delta States. It adds a deep smoky flavour to Egusi soup, Banga, Okra, and pepper soup. Each 250g pack contains cleaned deboned pieces ready to go straight into the pot.
